Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Sitara website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.

2. Rentals

Rentals are booked for a specific date range and are subject to our returns and late fee policy, including the return-by date and late fees for overdue returns.

3. Outright purchases

Items bought through "Buy This Piece Outright" are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund, as described in our returns policy.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe; Sitara never stores your full card details.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, booking items you don't intend to honor, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

All product photography, branding and site content belongs to Sitara & Co or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Sitara & Co is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your own country or state of residence.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect any change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
